This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information when you visit our website, buy from us or contact us (together, the "Services"). Who Is Responsible for Your Data

Information We Collect

Contact details: your name, billing and shipping address, phone number and email address. Order and payment information: the items you buy, return or cancel, the payment method and transaction details. Your full card details are handled only by our payment providers; we never see your full card number. Shopping activity: the products you view and add to your cart. Communications: the messages you send us, for example to customer service. Device and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies. We may also draw conclusions from this information, for example about the products you might like.

Where We Get It

Directly from you, when you place an order, sign up for emails or contact us; automatically, through your device and cookies when you use our website; and from our service providers and partners who process information for us.

How We Use Your Information

To fulfill your orders: to process payments, ship your items, handle returns and exchanges and send you order updates. To support you: to answer your questions and resolve problems. To keep things secure: to process payments safely and to detect and prevent fraud. To improve and personalize: to show you relevant products, let you leave product reviews and improve our website. Who We Share It With

We share personal information only as needed for the purposes above: with Shopify, the platform our store runs on; with payment providers; with courier companies that deliver your orders; with email tools; with advertising and analytics partners; and with customer service tools. When you place an order, we may also share your contact details, such as your email address and phone number, with our advertising partners in a hashed (coded) form, so that we can measure how well our ads work. We may also share it with companies in our group, with a buyer if our business is sold or merged, with authorities when the law requires it, and with others when you ask us to or agree to it.

Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit is shared with Shopify and with third parties that may be located in other countries. To help protect, grow and improve our business, we use certain Shopify features that use information about your interactions with our store, with other merchants and with Shopify. Showing you our ads on other websites based on your activity may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or "targeted advertising", under some U.S. state laws. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out for the browser that sends it. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for it, our website does not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control as described above.

Marketing Emails

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link in every email. After that, we will still send you emails about your orders.
